The Alliance Roofing & Construction Story
Steve Stoltzfus didn't walk into roofing and construction from a boardroom or a seminar. He built his knowledge where it matters most: with his boots on job sites, climbing high-pitch roofs, squaring heavy timber posts, and working through the physical realities of residential and commercial structures.
In 2025, Steve founded Alliance Roofing & Construction LLC with a single driving mission: to be the contractor that homeowners and property managers can actually rely on. Too many people in the Capital Region and Mohawk Valley had grown tired of unreturned phone calls, vague estimates that doubled upon project completion, and absentee subcontractors.
At Alliance, Steve still visits every project site personally. He evaluates your roof condition, checks decking, inspects attic ventilation, and listens to your project objectives before presenting a clear, written proposal.
